This notice explains how We Lead Sdn Bhd, the company operating murid-murid.com (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal data, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. It covers this website and our waitlist; it will be expanded before the app launches.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- your name;
- your phone number and email address;
- your child’s schooling level (e.g. Standard 5, Form 1);
- an optional referral code.
Browsing the website itself does not require an account and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on it.
Why we collect it
- to contact you about early access, launch updates and founding perks;
- to understand demand by schooling level so we prioritise the right content;
- to attribute referrals where a referral code is provided.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.
Storage and retention
Waitlist submissions are transmitted securely and stored in access- controlled systems used to operate the waitlist. We keep the data until the waitlist programme ends or you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email us at hello@murid-murid.com and we will respond as soon as we can.
